Water's role in our health
Through our history which includes long working partnerships with the UK water industry, we have consistently championed water's importance to good health and as the healthiest form of hydration.
In both the school environment and adult workplace, good hydration through regular water intake increases energy levels, reduces fatigue and helps improve concentration.
The European Food Safety Authority recommends that the minimum daily levels of water consumption should be 2 litres for men and 1.6 litres for women.
